Nelly's kittens
We allowed Nelly one litter of kittens before she was spayed. It was so neat to have baby kittens around again. None of them had the markings of Nelly. I didn't keep any of the kittens, but that was ok. Cindy was married and living away from home. She took one of the baby kittens. She named him Sammy
Sammy
Sammy was another character. He didn't like to run across the room but would slink around the side. When Sammy visited us with Cindy, Nelly showed him who was in charge. But she did allow him in the house.
Sammy was visiting when the family got together for a Kentucky Fried Chicken Dinner. Mom and dad joined us. Mom was enjoying her chicken leg when suddenly it was snatched away. Darlene yelled and Sammy ran leaving the chicken leg behind.
Sammy eventually rejoined Nelly in Pet Heaven.
